Barknic is a massive, community-driven indoor summer festival for dogs and their owners, hosted annually in New Jersey by Wise Animal Rescue. It serves as the nonprofit’s biggest fundraiser of the year, featuring pet-focused vendors, food trucks, activities, and opportunities to mingle with other animal lovers.The ultimate goal of the event is to raise funds to help Wise Animal Rescue—which is entirely foster-based—eventually build its own physical rescue facility.
