Participants will hear from the organizers of SOMA Affordable Art (Sumana, Magie, Ken, and Natalie) about how they’re each planning for a new year of art in their business.

Sumana, Magie, Ken, and Natalie will speak to releasing collections of work, marketing their art online and in email newsletters, planning for art markets, and collaborating with other local businesses for community growth. Hear their ideas and ask questions about how to try them!

Then, participants will have discussion and planning time for their own 2026 art goals and art business planning.

Don’t go into 2026 alone!

Warm up your winter nights at Pallet Brewery in Maplewood! Pallet’s pouring the sips, Wheelhouse is crafting gorgeous fruit-forward centerpieces, and together they’ll set the stage for our still-life painting session.

All paint supplies are included (feel free to bring your favorites if you have them!), and you’ll head home with a finished piece of art you’ll actually want to hang up.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill paint & sip—expect a relaxed, creative night out with great drinks, good company, delicious snacks, and a chance to support several beloved local small businesses.

It also makes an excellent Christmas gift—an experience to look forward to when the cold weather hits. Give it to a friend, or treat yourself to a night out of the house this winter!

Saturday is the day! We’re having a holiday vendor pop-up in the afternoon and live music from the @deadfulgreats at night. Come peruse our eclectic vendors with a beer in hand. See you there!
